Nestled in the Tennessee countryside on a sunny October day, Emily and Charlie started their forever surrounded by their loved ones. This magical wedding was classic and modern, with personalized details at every turn. Hues of blue and white – kept this day feeling clean and bright! With so much love and laughter in the air, we are so thankful to be a small part of their big day! Here’s a look into all the stunning details!
Getting Ready
Starting her day, Emily and her bridesmaids began getting ready with her glam squad from Agency of Beauty. Soaking up laughter, enjoying the calm and awaiting seeing her best friend at the altar. Charlie arrived with his groomsmen and began settling in. A walk around the property and a few games of corn hole later, it was time for the bridal party to get dressed for photos!
While Emily and Charlie enjoyed their mornings, our team was hard at work making sure their day was exactly what they envisioned! With our Coordination Service, you don’t have to worry about the logistics, let us take care of everything. First Look
After a truly stunning dress reveal with Emily’s mom, sister and bridesmaids – she was ready to have her first look with Charlie. Ready to see his bride, Charlie stood in anticipation, but nothing beats the moment he turned around to see Emily. These photos speak for themselves, so much happiness! They exchanged a couple of private words and soaked up a calm moment together.
Photos with the bridal party, their families and couple portraits followed. Hyping up the lovely couple more and more as they got closer to their ceremony.

The Ceremony
As guests arrived, they took in the venue and eagerly headed down to the Tree. The Corwin Trio, a string ensemble, greeted guests with their enchanting music. Floral arches created by Beautiful Things stood tall against the Tree. A clear blue sky, sun shining down and a surprisingly warm October day made this outdoor ceremony all the more memorable.
There was not a dry eye in the room when Emily started down the aisle. The moment Emily and Charlie had been dreaming of was finally here. They stood in front of their families and friends and promised to love and care for each other forever. Cheering and dancing after the ceremony – it was now time to celebrate and get the party started!

Cocktail Hour
On our back patio, guests began mingling and grabbing drinks from the bar. Not a single detail was missed on this day, just check out this stunning signage and personalized drink menu! Wildberry served up small passed appetizers of mini BLT’s, mini twice baked potatoes, mixed berries in a pastry cup and tomato soup shooters topped with mini grilled cheese – this cocktail hour was not one to miss. After a couple more photos, Emily and Charlie entered cocktail hour to celebrate and soak in the sunset with their guests.

Dinner
Heading into our Hall, guests began sitting for dinner. This reception space was so thoughtfully planned out. The head table sat directly in front of our floor to ceiling windows, our farm and round tables lined the walls – creating the perfect dance floor in the middle. To pull this look together, the couple used rentals from Southern Events – from plates to linens to chairs and so much more!
The bridal party was introduced, hyping up the crowd for the couple. As Mr. and Mrs. Linde entered the room, cheers erupted and the couple started their first dance. After the Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances, there were a couple of heartfelt toasts to congratulate the happy couple and thank the guests for being a part of this day and all of their support. Over dinner guests continued to mingle. Emily and Charlie had a live artist create small portraits of their guests which was such a fun interactive experience – our staff even got one!

Dancing
Their DJ, Brandon, and their photographer, Sarah Moser, gathered all the guests to the dance floor for a big group photo, now it’s time to dance the night away! A big group photo is the perfect way to get your guests on the dance floor to start the night, consider this when planning your wedding – it’s incredible every time! Dancing with all of their friends, Emily and Charlie were truly able to live in the moment of the day while not having to worry about the small details thanks to their incredible vendors and hard work planning.
A quick outfit change later, Emily rejoined Charlie on the dance floor! Before ending the night, the couple soaked up the last few moments with a private last dance. This is such a special way to end the night – reflecting on the busy day and having a moment with your husband/wife before it’s sadly over.
Running into their getaway car, Emily and Charlie had a charming sparkler exit with their guests. Charlie dipped Emily at the end and waved goodbye. It’s time for forever!

Happily Ever After
“Our wedding day in October at Southall Meadows was magical and everything we imagined our wedding day to be. Leah was amazing to work with and we knew we were in good hands from the moment we met her. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. I can’t even begin to tell you all the hard work Leah and her team put in for us and behind the scenes things they did to bring our vision to life. Our entire experience from our first venue tour to the end of our wedding was exceptional.” – Emily and Charlie
